Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tabor Run website (skitabor.com) and/or visiting the Tabor Run ski area, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or facilities.

Assumption of Risk

Skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports are inherently dangerous activities. By participating in any activity at Tabor Run, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to:

  • Changing weather and surface conditions
  • Variations in terrain including moguls, ice, bare spots, and obstacles
  • Collisions with other skiers, snowboarders, or objects
  • Use of ski lifts (rope tow)
  • Equipment failure

Under New York law, each skier assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing (New York General Obligations Law § 18-101 et seq.).

Skier Responsibility Code

All guests are expected to adhere to the Skier Responsibility Code:

  • Always stay in control and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects
  • People ahead of you have the right of way
  • Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above
  • When starting downhill or merging, look uphill and yield to others
  • Use devices to prevent runaway equipment
  • Observe all posted signs and warnings
  • Keep off closed trails and closed areas

Tickets and Passes

Lift tickets and season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tabor Run reserves the right to revoke any ticket or pass for violation of these terms or unsafe behavior. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information current, conditions at the ski area can change rapidly. Always check current conditions before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JE DI LLC d/b/a Tabor Run shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or facilities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
