Seasonal Lift Operator

Part-Time / Seasonal

Operate our rope tow lift system (a winch on Mo's Land Rover) safely and efficiently. Must be comfortable with rope, cold temperatures, and repetitive encouragement of nervous beginners.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
  • Must be comfortable with rope (this is a rope tow)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly disposition

Ski Patrol

Part-Time / Seasonal

Help ensure the safety of our guests across all 5 skiable acres. Respond to incidents, maintain trail markers, and occasionally remind people that Mo's Revenge is steeper than it looks.

Requirements:

  • First Aid certification preferred but not required
  • Strong skiing ability (by our standards)
  • Calm under pressure
  • Own transportation (we have 14 parking spots)
  • Ability to carry a toboggan 40 vertical feet

Lodge Staff

Part-Time / Seasonal

Manage the lodge operations including hot chocolate service, ticket sales, and general hospitality. The lodge seats 12, so crowd management is rarely an issue.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Hot chocolate experience a plus
  • Must be comfortable in a 12-seat workspace
  • Cash handling ability
  • Willingness to hear Mo's stories

Ski Instructor

Part-Time / Seasonal

Teach beginner and intermediate skiers the fundamentals. Our terrain is perfect for learning, and our students are eager. PSIA certification is appreciated but not required (Mo has been "about to take the test" since 2004).

Requirements:

  • Strong skiing ability
  • Patient and encouraging teaching style
  • Experience with children a plus
  • PSIA certification welcome but not required
  • Must enjoy 40 vertical feet, repeatedly
